The new Center for Oral Health Care & Research will equip the Dental School’s new home with the latest tools and technology to help ensure continued success and sustain the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School’s top-tier ranking. The 200,000 SF four-story state-of-the-art dental clinic facility offers comprehensive dentistry, endodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery suites, periodontics, simulation labs, radiology, clinical research space and faculty practice areas. Features of the Center include Classroom/Meeting rooms, Seminar rooms, Department and faculty offices, clinical training facility, simulation labs, dry and wet labs, surgical suite, research space, and a 525-car parking garage. The proximity to the MARC outpatient medical care clinics will facilitate the referral and management of patients with oral health conditions.
