The project consists of a new, 415-foot-tall facility located on the River Walk adjacent to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The 34-floor hotel includes 1,000 rooms between levels 6 and 24. Levels 25 through 34 contain 147 private condominiums with full access to the hotel’s amenities and services. The amenities include restaurants, cafes and bars at the water’s edge, a health club and swimming pool at level five, and a rooftop pool at level 32, and several rooftop cabanas at level 34 for condominium residents. The hotel includes more than 76,000 SF of meeting space (32,000 SF grand ballroom stacked above a 20,000 SF junior ballroom and 20 meeting rooms), and five levels of underground parking for 1,000 cars that extends 52 feet below street level.
