The 67,100 SF complex situated on a 32-acre tract, is comprised of a single-story Operations’ Center, three single-story metal buildings for use as Warehouse/Transportation Building/Technical Services, a single-story Truck Wash and a Communication’s Tower. The complex incorporated “green building technologies”, including solar water heating, a wind generator, and a rain water collection system.
