The new athletic facility includes: new soccer field; reorienting the existing baseball field into a north-northeast direction; new athletic facility at the location of the existing soccer area; four tennis courts along the southern campus boundary; relocation of the shot put and discus throw areas; construction of an outdoor athletic storage building, concession stands area and public restrooms; a new water-cooled central plant; and demolition of the existing athletic facility and replacement with parking. The project was constructed in three phases and provides approximately 69,925 SF of new program facilities at the campus. An additional component to this project includes a 3,253 SF Fine Arts addition adjacent to the existing auditorium. The project also includes the renovation of 1,172 SF of existing fine arts space to provide scene-shop and prop storage areas for the Theater Arts Program.
