The building is used as a teaching facility and contains administration offices including the offices of the President and Vice Presidents for the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, financial aid offices, registration office, and conference rooms. The state-of-the-art classroom and teaching areas contain exam rooms and operating rooms designed to immerse the student into real life situations that the student may encounter as doctors, nurses or medical staff.
