The project consists of a 44,500 SF Heart and Vascular Institute suite located within shell space on the first floor of the health systems 1.1 million SF tower, providing 9 hybrid operating rooms capable of supporting cardiac and vascular surgery, catheterization, interventional radiology, angiography, pulmonary procedures, and other single and/or bi-plane imaging procedures.
