The project consists of a new two-story 89,128 SF elementary school on 16.31 acres for 606 students, with an alternate for a classroom wing to increase school capacity to 750 students. The school includes classrooms, library, computer labs, offices, gymnasium, kitchen, cafeteria, associated parking, driveways and playground areas. Additional services include grading, excavation and fill, trenching and backfilling, asphalt and concrete paving, concrete curbs, TXDOT median modifications, and utility distribution piping.
