COSA District 3 is a community pool facility and recreational park in southeast San Antonio, where extensive public input was conducted prior to design. The design concept calls for fabric shade structures, meandering river pools, restrooms, and maintenance facilities. The concept also features a children’s pool, landscaped buffer, shaded seating, a park entry, parking lots, and landscaped areas.
