The project consists of two 18-story condominium towers located on the beachy getaway at South Padre Island, Texas. Among the island’s most luxurious residences, this project brings recreation facilities like a gym, clubhouse, gazebos, and tennis and basketball courts to coastal residents. Amenities like an on-site security guardhouse, a maintenance shop and porte-cochere breezeways through each tower make this a grand residential project. Structures have been designed in accordance with Building Code for Windstorm Resistant Construction, as referenced by Texas Department of Insurance.
