The scope of work includes the design of a high density play area for people of all ages at the southwest corner of Hemisfair. The approximate seven (7) acre site roughly is bounded by Cesar Chavez, South Alamo and Goliad streets and the Adrian A. Spears Judicial Training Center. This Project will be the first round of development at Hemisfair and shall support the goal of establishing a world-class urban park surrounded by a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood that adds real value to downtown.
