LAUREL VILLAGE PHASE II AT MAIN CAMPUS, THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT SAN ANTONIO

Phase II of the student housing complex expansion included 475 beds, a city center and three neighborhood centers. The 185,000 SF expansion includes 8 wood framed, three-story buildings with 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom units sharing a common living room, kitchenette and bathroom facilities, accommodations for disabled occupancy in each building, and infrastructure support spaces. The City Center is provided with student housing staff offices, conference rooms, laundry facilities, mail sorting and distribution facilities, computer work areas, study areas, lounge, game room, public restrooms and support spaces. The three Neighborhood Centers are provided with laundry facilities, kitchens, study rooms, public restroom and game areas.
